Steps of Registration/ Waiting List

Step 1: Register for Housing

Complete the Housing Registration form with your personal details, housing needs, location preferences, and budget. This helps us understand your situation and assess suitability.

Step 2: Initial Review

Once submitted, your registration is added to our Housing Register. Our team reviews the information provided to check eligibility, affordability, and housing requirements.

 

Step 3: Assessment & Matching

When a suitable property becomes available, we assess registered applicants against the property criteria. Priority may be given based on urgency, household needs, and availability.

 

Step 4: Contact & Next Steps

If a potential match is identified, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the opportunity, confirm details, and explain the next steps.

 

Step 5: Viewing & Checks

You may be invited to view the property. Further checks may be required, such as benefit verification or right to rent checks, before proceeding.

 

Step 6: Offer & Move In

If all checks are successful and the property is accepted, an offer is made. Once agreed, move in arrangements will be confirmed.

  • Registration does not guarantee housing

  • Being on the Housing Register does not make you a tenant

  • We will only contact you when a suitable property becomes available
